Torch Bearers Academy reserves the right to cancel or deny access to any services if payments are not received by the specified due date. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise under our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of any seminar or workshop will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Torch Bearers Academy. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event. In the event that Torch Bearers Academy cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a future session.

All content provided during our training programs, including materials, presentations, and resources, is the intellectual property of Torch Bearers Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material is strictly prohibited. Participants may use these materials solely for personal development and non-commercial purposes.

We are not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in any of our activities, including fire-walking workshops. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. We strongly encourage you to consult a healthcare professional before participating in physically demanding activities.
7. Code of Conduct
Torch Bearers Academy strives to maintain a professional and respectful environment. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with trainers and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of any policies will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund. Torch Bearers Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.
